Highbridge Guest Lodge – A Gem In The City

Highbridge Guest Lodge is located in East Legon, Accra. Approximately 15 minute drive from the Kotoka International Airport and a 5-minute drive from The University of Professional Studies in Accra.

This lodge which is currently one of my favourites is centrally located and the neighbourhood is very serene.

ACCOMODATION:

The lodge has a total of 12 rooms in an apartment-style setup. Perfect for families, individuals looking for short stays, and large groups looking for reasonably priced accommodation options in the city. It is close to most of Accra’s nightlife favourites.

Each apartment is a 3-bedrooms en-suite with a living room and is aesthetically pleasing. One of the apartments has a fitted kitchen accessible to guests.

Each room rents for $95 per night and the 3-bedroom apartment goes for approximately $300 per night.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned and fitted with work desks, walk-in closets, fridges and coffee stations. The bathrooms are pristine, spacious and have water heaters.

The entire home can host up to 24 adults!

FACILITIES

Other facilities include free WiFi, a small open-air bar and restaurant, an airport shuttle at a fee, an indoor car park, 24hrs security, and they provide laundry services.

FOOD & DRINKS

The accommodation comes with a complimentary breakfast. The restaurant menu for lunch and dinner ranges from $4 – $8. Loved the food here!

The bar, however, has very limited beverage options but, there are shopping malls and multiple restaurants nearby and it’s super easy to get around the neighbourhood with an Uber.

Highbridge lodge can host intimate weddings, small dinner parties etc. with a strict no-loud-music policy. The outdoor space can accommodate a 30 person event.
