Cancelation Policy For All Trips
Plans can understandably change. However, cancellations made within twenty (20) days of the trip start date are strictly non-refundable, as accommodations, ground logistics, and activities will have been booked and paid.
For cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the trip, deposits will be refunded minus a $300 cancellation fee per person. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Deposits may also be applied toward any future trips with me at your request.
